100 Miles in May for Prostate Cancer UK
Ten years ago, our previous Finance Director (now retired) Malcolm Robertson and Production Control Manager Martin Woodnett, hopped on motorbikes and rode all the way to Turkey and back for MacMillan Cancer Support.
On this milestone anniversary, Martin has decided it’s time to do something else for charity. This time, he is going solo and is using leg power to ride 100 miles in May in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

Martin said, “prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer amongst men in the UK, killing 11,500 men a year. That’s one dad, partner, son, brother, grandad, uncle or mate every 45 minutes, so as a man, I felt it was important to do my bit to help fund lifesaving research for the disease.”
Last time Martin raised £3,000 and this time hopes to equal or beat this total. He’s well on his way to achieving his mileage, and anything you can do to spur him on and help him achieve his fundraising goals would be much appreciated.

Wishing Martin lots of luck.
